Our FLATHEAD catfish hat was featured in the Jul-Sep '99 issue of the Catfish In-Sider, a new magazine from the publishers of the In-Fisherman. The article, entitled "Hottest Thing Happening," referred to the explosive growth of the then three-issue old magazine, which had already surpassed 50,000 readers.

The catfish is one of the most popular angling targets in North America, as the fish has the dual appeal of sporting qualities (strong fight and potential immense size) as well as fine table fare. The Catfish In-Sider is dedicated to most of the freshwater catfishes, including the predatorial Flathead, Channel and Blue.
